Angola's Home Affairs minister, Roberto Leal Ramos Monteiro "Ngongo", invited the minister of Safety and Public Order of the Republic of Congo, Paul Mbot, to participate in the festivities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the National Police, from June 19 to 23.
