Africa - All travelers must provide the embassy of Equatorial Guinea with the following documents prior to travel:
- Two filled out and signed application forms with passport-type photographs attached to each.
- If traveling on tourism: Proof of sufficient funds, minimum of $2,000.00 (Recent bank statement.)
- If traveling on business: Letter from the employer stating the nature and duration of business, as well as a financial statement confirming a minimum of $2,000.00 for the expenses while in Equatorial Guinea.
- Proof of Smallpox, Yellow Fever and Cholera immunization.
